5 Deposits & Withdrawals

evo888h5 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to their respective terms and availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR/Transfer, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, BNB). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet methods and MYR 100 for bank transfers.
• Deposits are credited to the player account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets are typically instant; bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes.
• evo888h5 does not charge deposit processing fees. Third-party fees (such as cryptocurrency network fees) are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50.

• Any active wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before real-money funds derived from bonuses are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

evo888h5 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, and loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified players aged 21 and above only.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, except as explicitly permitted by specific game rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

12 Termination & Suspension

evo888h5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Abuse of promotional offers or the bonus system;
• Conduct that is disruptive, threatening, or harmful to the Platform, its staff, or other players;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination for cause, evo888h5 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination occurs without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credit) will be returned to the Player via their last confirmed payment method, subject to completed KYC and AML checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact our support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon voluntary closure.

13 Amendments
